Variable Data GraphicsOn a weekly basis, we distributed mass personalized graphics to our extensive network of recruits, numbering upwards of 150 individuals. To streamline our workflow, we employed variable data technology to personalize each graphic. This involved creating a distinctive template featuring modifiable text fields, jersey numbers, skin tones, and name plates. Subsequently, our recruiting department would furnish us with an excel document containing crucial information, such as the recruit's name, position, jersey number, and skin tone. This information was then utilized to populate the aforementioned template, enabling us to efficiently generate over 150 unique graphics with ease.
